Orders & Deposits

When the time comes to commence your guitar, I will contact you and ask for a deposit. This deposit is not refundable once I have started work on your instrument. In most cases I have already commenced work on the guitar before I receive the deposit. Please contact me if you have any queries about this.

All orders that are placed with me are treated equally. If you have decided to order a guitar and have paid the deposit, I will commence your instrument immediately and keep you advised of the progress during the construction stage.

The price quoted for your instrument includes shipping but does not include any local duties or tarrifs that may be payable in your country.

Once the instrument is finished and ready to be delivered, I will contact you for payment of the remainder of the full price of the instrument. I will not ship the guitar to you unless the instrument is fully paid for.
